Data we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, or request the email upgrade from the eligibility quiz at /eligibility, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message or note. We do not place tracking cookies or use third-party advertising trackers.
Analytics
We measure traffic with Plausible Analytics, a service run and hosted in the European Union. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. To count repeat visits within a day it uses a hash that is discarded every twenty-four hours. The reports we see are aggregate: page views, the source you arrived from, country, and device type. Plausible also records anonymous milestones in the eligibility quiz, such as a start or a completion, which shows us where the questions lose people. Nothing here identifies you and nothing is shared with advertisers. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Purpose and lawful basis
We process this data to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can advise you. The lawful basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only while they remain relevant to a possible engagement, and are deleted once they no longer are. We do not run a fixed deletion schedule. Enquiries that lead to a client engagement are retained as part of the client file under our professional retention obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any point, and we will.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@dvco.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Email is delivered through a verified sender domain. We retain logs of submissions for security review (IP address, timestamp) for up to 30 days; message content is removed once delivery is confirmed.
Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy notice. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
